How does it work?

The Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment test uses heart rate variability measurements. Through a multi-day 24-hour measurement a heart rate sensor will gather information about from the heartbeat, heartbeat intervals and variations and movement. All this data is then analyzed and translated in comprehensive report like the one below. By using the HRV technology we are able to see when your parasympathetic (recovery) or sympathetic (stress) nervous system is active. Through a complex algorithm we can get insight into your stress recovery, sleep quality, overall fitness level (VO2max) and the effectiveness of your physical activity Be combining the measurements which an online journal and questionnaire we can dive further into the causes and effects. During a evaluation session we will discuss the finding and create an approach that will help you improve or consolidate your health.
